It’s nearly here!
So once again Christmas is upon us. Do you love it or is it a stressful time for you? Do you love it even though it stresses you out?
This isn’t a ‘do this to reduce the stress’ blog…. that would be far too long! Take Christmas as it comes and make time to enjoy it. If you have time off, try not to spend the whole time cleaning the cupboards ready for guests….
Take some time to get outside and enjoy the change in the season. After all it isn’t all about eating piles of mince pies is it? However you choose to spend your Christmas…take a moment. Just BE.
Relax. Look ahead to next year and set your intentions…..Be thankful for the past year, no matter what it has brought you. It was a year that you had. A year that you experienced. Good or bad, it just ‘was’. Settle back in the here and now, and just BE.
