Abstract Energy Art Workshop

A full day of experimental abstract art at Hurds Hill near Langport. Learn how to bring energy through your body and allow intuition to show you the way.  Eliminate the mind chatter and dive into the flow.

This beautiful setting on the Somerset Levels within five acres of gardens is the perfect venue to enable us to connect with nature and explore how contemporary art can be channelled through the body, without the interruption of the thinking mind.   This is not a day of fine art training. There will be no lessons in perspective! It's all about going with the flow and allowing your emotions and the environment around you to flow through on to the paper.   

I will give you pointers for colour mixing, types of paints and there is chance to experiment with different surfaces and techniques.   £150.00 per person. All materials are provided.  No previous experience necessary.  A delicious two course lunch is included.  The day is limited to SIX people to ensure you have my undivided attention.   

I provide everything you need:  Paints Pencils Brushes Knives Bamboo Straws for breath work Rags and cleaning materials.  Each guest will have a couple of pieces of practice paper, TWO pieces of acrylic paper, a small canvas and board. If extra pieces are required they can be purchased on the day at cost price.  

Please don't wear your best clothes - there may be splattering! Some work is created outside, so bring a coat, but we won't be going out in the rain!   

Contact me directly for booking.  A deposit of £50.00 is required to secure your booking with the balance due four weeks prior to the event.  

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund if cancelled more than a week before the event or the option to move to a different date.  50% refund if cancelled within 72 hours of the event. NO REFUND if cancelled after that time.
